FAQ

Do you offer on-site support or is everything done remotely?
We pride ourselves on being able to offer both comprehensive on-site and remote support. From simple PC upgrades, to complex repairs and network integration services, if it’s in South Florida, we’ll be there in a heartbeat.
What makes you a good choice for the education sector?
Two founding members of our core team are licensed educators, with extensive teaching and tutoring experience, including as computer teachers. We are deeply familiar and concered with the needs of teachers, administrators, and students.
Why is CETSE ethical?
We are committed to respecting the privacy of everyone we work with, and make a point of utilizing open source, in-house solutions for the bulk of our tech stack. We encourage mindful, discerning use of technology, and have a highly individualized approach. This enables us to treat employees fairly, and carefully tailor our services to the needs of individual clients, as opposed to the one-size-fits-all methodology of so many other providers.
What is your fee structure for short-term, on-demand work?
While we are amenable to some negotiation, there is a reasonable, general pricing scheme for one-off jobs, short-term projects, and anything in the break-fix arena.

Homes, along with local non-profits and small businesses, pay $90 per hour. Medium-sized institutions and businesses (15-30 employees), pay $110 per hour. Large institutions and businesses (>30 employees), pay $125 per hour. We are uncomprimising about the quality of our services, and do not cut corners, though cannot emphasize enough that we work with the utmost efficiency.
What is your fee structure for long-term, contracted support?
This depends on a variety of factors, like size of the institution, number of users, scale of operations, and work-hours. To give you a decent idea of what to expect, we have a support packages — or bundles — page that you can peruse, though we are quite flexible, and offer significantly reduced rates for non-profits.
